The location of this hotel is perfect for the alhambra. There are also a good selection of tapas bars and restaurants.close by.The staff were welcoming helpful and friendly and we would definately stay there again. The room although small in size had everything needed and was warm and cosy. The decor and furnishings were of a high standard for a one star hotel.
Coffe or tea making facillities in the room would have been a bonus.

Excellent value and position was perfect for exploring the heart of Granada. Local buses for the Alhambra and Albaycin near by. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was good for the price and bed comfortable, aircondioning efficient.
It would have been nice to have a small tablet of soap for the wash basin. Only had a sachet of shower gel each per day. We were frustrated when we returned to the hotel ready to drop one afternoon and were locked out. It was only for about 15 mins but a notice on the door would have helped.

Unfortunately, there is nothing positive to specify in this hotel.
The man in the reception doesn't speak English and he said proudly and insistingly "He is Spanish!!!", however, I didn't know that I have to speak Spanish to adress my problems in the hotel as a tourist. The air conditioner in the room was too noisy, it is hard to sleep.

The staff was attentive and the rooms were functional, thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and appreciated the air conditioning.

Very nice, newly renovated hotel in city centre with parking possibilities with beautiful terrace on roof of hotel, overlooking city.
No elevator so luggage has to be taken by yourself up to possible 4th floor. Breakfast is very poor (some toasted rolls with marmalade and juice/coffee or thee) and takes much too long. Advice: have breakfast somewhere else.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. Close to the Alhambra and Citycenter. They have a parkingspace of the hotel in wich you can park your car very nearby for just € 15,-.
The smell in the bathroom and the hotel is very noisy. But these are just two little things. I would surely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Granada.

Outstanding for the price. Brand new facilities in every room, clean throughout, roof terrace to die for. Sat there for ages with friends and beer. Staff very friendly and helpful, loved it
Guiness book of records as narrowest hotel so no lift but as on short break no big luggage and manageable. Car park narrow but all parking in Granada is limited and staff very helpful so good option

This small and clean place lives up to its description, with friendly staff and a great location close to the city center.

Very friendly staff (girl at the reception spoke very good French). Modern furniture & bathroom. Central location near Granada downtown & Alhambra.
The room is a bit small and the bathroom is sometimes stinky (probably a sewage problem). But these are very small inconvenients.

The location and secure parking facilities were main attraction, the price of the rooms and facilities were an extra bonus.
